Here we go, I understand what you are trying to do as a photographer and you have the talent as seen in your other work, but what are you doing here? Either focus on the girl or take her out. THis shot tells me, "Look at this Corienthian archway" yet the photo is tilted which really isnt at all professional and the girl should be the main focus, but isnt. The mass might love it because it looks "COOL," but your not fooling the professional community who work with art everyday. I may not be the best photographer in the world, but I have spent years studying composition and techniques of art and know what is standard and what is amateur. Ignore any spelling errors, It is late here.

i have no cue what you are talking about, mate. but looking at your outstandingly professional portfolio I can clearly see how you studied composition and techniques of art. must have been at a different school than me though *lol*
I already told you I am no photographer....I am a hobby shooter. You are outstanding, I know what pro looks like, you got it. I am around people like you so often I know what it should look like, but come on. I have valid point. You can hardly see the subject. I am not shooting your work down, only providing constructive critism.
i don't know who you are, nor do i know what you want to tell me, but thanks for your time.
this shot was done exactly as requested by the customer i did this for, and is therefor exactly as it should be.
if you want one done differently, you are free to hire me, and i will happily shoot whatever you want however you like. you are then free to cricise as much as you wish until your requirements are met. easy as that
I love the texture of the bricks here, especially how you’ve brought them out with the ‘side on’ strobe placement. It comes together to create a solid background that looks great without taking all the attention away from the model (who also looks stunning, compliments of pose, dress, makeup, and hair). I don’t normally spend so much time looking at backgrounds, but I get the feeling that it’s intentional to show case so much of it, it feels like a second character to this set. Good job
